Content on this site describes our mission, research direction and product design. It is provided for information only and may change as our research develops. Statements about intended effects are not guarantees of individual outcomes.
3. Not medical advice
SensoriPod and Sensori OS support recovery and wellbeing. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Nothing on this site replaces advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using a recovery session.
4. Intellectual property
All text, images, designs, software, the names "SensoriPod" and "Sensori OS", and the Sensori Neurotech branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
5. Liability
We keep this site accurate and available as far as reasonably possible, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of this website. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or death and personal injury.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium, without prejudice to consumer rights under mandatory local law.
